I think online advertising, media and marketing is the way of the future. You’ll find that it’s constantly evolving and changing and I love that there's always something new to learn. The culture at Adgroove is incredible! You're encouraged to speak openly, you can always ask questions and at the same time have a lot of fun. There are so many big personalities and memorable people which makes coming to work so much more exciting. We have great social events and incentives that really keep the team motivated. I’ve made a lot a good friends here who have become family.

Adgroove has not only helped me to progress in my career but also to grow as an individual. It has taught me that as a professional in the digital industry, you can work hard and still have fun. This year I was fortunate enough to be awarded a paid trip to Europe to celebrate my achievements in the office. What I love most about working with Adgroove is helping people get in touch with prospective clients. I am responsible for sending out monthly reports of the client's campaign performance and, for me personally, seeing the increase in their statistics is very rewarding. The culture here is so great because everyone respects each other. We are like a very tight family.
